Welcome to FACE NET!
This webpage has been designed to bring together researchers who are interested in face processing. The website consists of a series of searchable profiles that are created and maintained by individual researchers. It is hoped that the website will be a useful resource for both researchers seeking new collaborations and students looking for experts in the face processing arena, as well as facilitating the academic review process by organizing experts according to their specific interest in face processing. You can use this website to search for researchers by name, expertise or key words; and you can contact individual researchers using the contact mechanism on their profile page. To create your own profile please click here, or to update your existing profile please click here.
You can also join the Face-Research-List, created by Peter Hancock at the University of Stirling (UK), by clicking here. This is a mailing list that is used to circulate news about face processing research, job and studentship opportunities, and queries that other members may be able to advise on.
A list of on-line face databases and other relevant resources for face processing researchers can be accessed here, and you can also add to this list by logging in to the website.
This webpage is maintained by Dr Sarah Bate from Bournemouth University (UK) as a free resource to aid the international face processing research community. Development of this webpage was supported by funds from Bournemouth University, and design and maintenance is carried out by Ksys Legal. Any correspondence regarding this webpage can be sent to the developers via the Contact Administrators page, and any research-based correspondence can be sent directly to Sarah via the contact mechanism on her profile page.
